Refund Policy

1. General Guidelines

  1. Eligibility for Refund:
    • Refunds are applicable only for fees paid directly to the OSCE Training Institute.
    • Refund requests must be made in writing via email to [Insert Contact Email].
  2. Processing Time:
    Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date the request is approved.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Course materials (e.g., e-books, printed manuals, videos, etc.).
    • Registration fees, where applicable.
    • Taxes or transaction fees charged by payment gateways.

2. Online Course Refund Policy

  1. Before Course Access:
    • If the student cancels their enrollment before accessing the course, a full refund will be provided, excluding any administrative fees.
  2. After Course Access:
    • If less than 20% of the course content has been accessed: A 50% refund will be issued.
    • If more than 20% of the course content has been accessed: No refund will be issued.
  3. Technical Issues:
    If a student is unable to access the course due to technical issues caused by the institute, they are eligible for a full refund or course rescheduling at no extra cost.

3. Offline/Face-to-Face Class Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Student:
    • Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled face-to-face class: Full refund, excluding a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made 15–29 days before the class: 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made 14 days or less before the class: No refund.
  2. Non-Attendance:
    • No refund will be issued for students who do not attend the face-to-face class without prior cancellation.
  3. Cancellation by the Institute:
    • In the rare event the institute cancels the face-to-face class, students will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule without any additional fees.

4. Combined Packages (Online + Offline)

  1. Refund for Online Component:
    Refund for the online portion will follow the guidelines outlined in Section 2.
  2. Refund for Offline Component:
    Refund for the offline portion will follow the guidelines outlined in Section 3.
  3. Bundle Discounts:
    If a combined package was purchased at a discounted price, refunds will be calculated based on the full price of each individual component.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for medical emergencies or other exceptional situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Proof of the circumstance (e.g., a doctor’s note) must be provided.
